This notice explains how the Triple Stone Learning website and program enquiry form collect, use and protect information provided by families.
Information collected
When a parent or guardian submits the program enquiry form, the website may collect the parent name, student grade, program interest, email address, optional phone number, optional student first name, contact preference, preferred timing, referral source and learning information entered in the message field.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to the enquiry, understand the student's needs, suggest an appropriate next step, arrange class or enrolment details and maintain enrolment-related communication.
Form processing service
Program enquiry form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and stored in the site's Netlify account. Access is limited to authorized team members who need the information to respond to enquiries and arrange services.
Campaign and website tracking
The form may record campaign parameters such as referral source, campaign name, medium and landing page when they are present in the visit URL. These values help us understand which marketing sources generated an enquiry. Google Analytics and third-party advertising pixels are not enabled in the current production configuration. If additional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe their use.
Retention and access
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, arrange services, maintain required business records or support an ongoing customer relationship. Access is limited to team members who need the information for those purposes.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information submitted through an enquiry, email ucburlington@ultimatecoders.ca. Include the parent or guardian name used in the original request and the action requested.
Children's information
The form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. Students should not independently submit personal information.
